Erge Paker was born in 1990 in Istanbul. After completing his education at Kocaeli University, he began his professional career in the advertising industry. He gained valuable experience in communication, strategy, and brand management through managerial roles at leading global advertising agencies such as Grey Worldwide and Publicis Groupe.

From an early age, Paker showed a strong interest in entrepreneurship. In his twenties, he founded Ploi Entertainment, marking the beginning of his journey as a business owner. He then expanded his work in media and communications through Dört Aralık Medya. His business development and real estate investments grew to an international scale under the Clavest Global brand.

Today, as the founder and chairman of Paker&Co, he manages companies operating in media, real estate, and business development across Turkey, Europe, the Caucasus, and Africa. Beyond Turkey, Paker has also lived and conducted business in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Moldova, bringing his experience from different geographies into the business world.

Erge Paker places strong emphasis on civil society involvement. He is one of the founding members of the Lider Girişimci İş İnsanları Derneği (LİGDER), where he has served as General Secretary. Additionally, he holds a position on the Board of Directors of the Önder İş Dünyası Sanayici ve İş Adamları Derneği (ÖNSİAD), and acts as a delegate for the Uluslararası Akademik Sosyal ve Ekonomik İlişkiler Federasyonu (USKEF) and the Tüm Sivil Toplum Kuruluşları Federasyonu (TSTK).

Fluent in English, Erge Paker enjoys spending his free time engaging with music, exploring new places, and attending cultural and artistic events. With his global experience and cross-sector expertise, he actively continues to develop new business ventures and investment projects.
